Went through drive thru @ 290 location. Was first asked what we wanted by a female, we placed our order.

Nothing, then we get asked again what we would like, we tell him three more times. He says nothing. WTF? We got tired of waiting at the order menu and drove away.

I don't understand why these two particular employees were so either incompetent or plain rude. They usually provide really good service, but this time...absolutely not.

I think the Saturday afternoon crew needs a little more training. Sad, I really love this location.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I don't suppose it occurred to you that the inside part of the intercom might not have been working properly and that might even be the reason they switched employees on it. You accuse the two employees of being incompetent and rude, when you don't have any idea what was actually going on.
