I wanted to redeem my hot coffee mccafe. The manager cooly said they don't have a mccafe but his attitude was rude.

He could've offered something equivalent and tell me where I could redeem my coffee. Bad customer service!

I have a feeling that the "rudeness" had more to do with not getting what this six year old wanted than anything else. The product that this six year old wanted was not available, the manager refused to give her something else, and this six year old mistook that being told no as rudeness.
