McDonalds in Long Beach, California - Horrible *** service ever
A week ago i went thru drive thru at night i had ordered a 50 piece nugget the night b4 but they were stale so i took back the whole 50 piece and they wouldnt replace my order some black girl presenting thought i was a joke laughing at everything then some mexican girl with a brid light skinned said she aint gonna do *** for me so i asked to speak to a manager some fat mexican said she cant do nothing because no receipt but i had all the food so i asked for corporate number and the girl with the braid wants to say im *** infront of your manager and she didnt do anything i want this fixed horrible customer service rude as *** no leadership makes you guys look bad your crew members need more training as well as your management

Because the next closest one is about 10+ miles, plus I have a 13-year-old daughter. Also, it is constantly getting new owners and management, so we are always hopeful it will get turned around. I could care less about free handouts, but funny you should think of it so quickly.
