I went through the drive-through to get breakfast combos. I got home and discovered i was missing my hashbrowns.

I drove back, from home, to claim them. Manager took my reciept and looked it over, as if looking for something wrong, and replied "that will be 3 minutes". A few minutes later, she brought my hashbrowns and said "here ya go". I replied thank you.

I left. Not one "im sorry for your inconvenience". Nothing. No acknowledgement of the mistake.

Whats happened to proper manners and customer service etiquette?

Business sense? Im not suing you for 5 mil for 2 pieces of cheese, lol, but damn.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

If you simply cannot make the effort to get out of your car and go inside to order at a fast food place but need to use the drive through, then you need to inspect and verify your order is correct when then hand it to you. This means sitting there while you go thru the bag and verify it. If you immediately drive off, then not sure what you expect-----you are dealing with employees of fast food places ,not rocket scientists.
