I was at the drive through in Wayne NJ Hamburg turnpike. I asked for quarter pounder without ketchup and onions.

I get to the window drive away after waiting in line for 1/2 hour to find it has ketchup and onions. I go back on line the girl apologizes gives me another one. I drive away and again it has ketchup and onions. I asked to see The manager.

A young boy comes to the window I explain what happened. I tell him I want my money back . He gives me my money back with another burger and tells me no other Mc Donald’s would do what he did!!!! Instead of checking into the employees who are screwing up orders he gives me this remark.

Never apologized for poor service. Mc Donald’s has to up their training on Managers and customer satisfaction. I hope someone in corporate will look into this!

I waiting over an hour on drive through lines to get 2 wrong orders! Really???

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Location: Wayne, New Jersey

They should have given you double your money back, a sincere apology and a $10 Arch Card to use later on (after they had hired competent employees that could follow simple instructions)

I think that McDonald's should always do that when they keep screwing up your order. Not only should they give you your money back, but they should give you your order done right for free so that you leave with a good memory of the place.

Of course they could just end up giving you a refund plus giving you the food screwed up for free, but in that case you could just simply give it to a homeless person or to a dog or simply just throw it away. It is such a shame that so much food goes to waste everyday at McDonald's from all of the orders that are done wrong. It's too bad that there isn't some kind of "Star Trek Transporter Device" that McDonald's could use to transport the food instantly to starving people on the other side of the world to eat. I'm sure that they wouldn't mind if their boogers had ketchup and onions on them.

I know that personally I have been so hungry before that I wolfed down food bought for me from McDonald's without caring what was on it or how old the food was. And when the people saw how hungry I was, they often would hand me their sandwich that they had only taken a few bites out of and I would wolf that down as well, not caring that someone who I didn't even know from Adam had just been taking bites out of it. So I can relate to how the starving people in other countries, and even this country feel.

And I am sure that many of those real lazy people who always use the drive through at McDonald's would also love to have one of those "Star Trek Transporter Devices" so that they could just zap themselves to McDonald's in their Pajamas and order McDonald's and then Zap themselves home with the food. That way those who are too lazy to get dressed or leave the house can get their Mickey D's Fix.
