I visited via the drive thru and ordered the McExtreme Bacon sandwich with the promo coupon "Buy one Get one free"
The restaurant had about 4 customers inside and one car in front of me. The first impression I got was from the drive thru cashier.
She was extremely rude and shouldn't be permitted to inter act with customers at all. She abruptly said "Gimme your coupon" and then I received no "Thank You", Have a nice day" or any type of customer service related response.
Then to compound issues, I was asked to pull over to the side of the parking lot and wait (along with the car that was in front of me) for at least 10 minutes (I turned my vehicle off to conserve gasoline).
The sandwich I was given for $6.14 was nowhere near being Hot and definitely not of value for the cost.
I've been trying to be patient with this McDonald's location, as they are the only one in our area.
I've had to file prior complaints and it doesn't seem to have corrected the issues with the store.
My wife says I should just go the extra mile down the road to Burger King, and after this incident, I have to agree.
Instead of my getting stressed out each time I go here for a sandwich, I will discontinue my patronage of this fast food location. I hope other McDonald's are not following by example.
