This hasn't exactly been resolved, however they put in Kiosks everywhere I go, so I place my own order and the price is there. So, as it will never be resolved, because McDonalds isn't what it use to be!!!!!

I guess I will have to say resolved and move on!!!!

Just visit other fast food restaurants in the future and stay away from all the ones I discover issues with. God knows there are fast food restaurants on every street corner!!!!

Been to a few other McDonalds since this occasion......they all changed their prices........but, at least ONE of them had the correct price listed in their pricing area. The one in Kyle still didn't have the correct price and when I told the daytime Mgr......she just shrugged.....

said that it was the computer......?????? What the heck does the computer have to do with changing the listed price????? But, I haven't heard from anyone and I don't expect to.......I believe it is just BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around and it appears to start from the TOP ......

DOWN ...... I left my number with the General Mgr and have not heard a peep from them.....

Ordered a Hamburger Happy Meal as I always do at the Kyle, Texas McDonalds. Tonight however, I was charged for a Cheeseburger and the cashier (Kristchen) argued with me about that being the right price.

I told him it wasn't because the price on the screen was still $2.58. He asked if I wanted to talk to his manager, (Griselda), of course, I DO.... So, she says "Do you want a cheeseburger?" I said nooooo, I want the hamburger but I paid for the cheeseburger. She said "Oh, the price changed today"......

I said the price hasn't changed on the screen. She says I'm sorry that's how much it costs. I said I would talk to the General Manager. But, you have to leave a message with that number 512-990-9314.

So, I left a message just before I wrote on this site. I want something to be done because I have a feeling I was not the only one being overcharged at this restaurant tonight and probably every night that these 2 have been working there.

I just wonder if the Franchise Owner is aware of these 2 overcharging customers while they are on duty????? I want the Owner to guarantee that the people he hires are trained properly for the prices and how to handle customers that know their rights and can read signs.

The only thing resolved has been that the few McDonalds I have visited within the last few weeks have raised their prices.....One place actually posted this change on their MENU list............the one I originally complained about .........I still frequent and I have gotten some pretty nasty looks from the help.........so, I guess someone heard about this post..........but, refuse to contact me in person because I did call...........never got a return call from anyone.............SO THIS IS THE NEW WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS...........ignore them and they will go away...........
