About 30 mins ago I stopped at McDonalds in Glasgow, KY and ordered a small strawberry smoothie. I was given my smoothie with approx 3/4 cup.
I was astounded that the employee who prepared my smoothie did not find it unacceptable to make a customer pay full price and then give her less in return. Is McDonalds trying to cut costs?
Seems like a bad way to... Incidents such as mine may result in a loss of customers to the competition.
I expect my complaint to be addressed with the staff of Glasgow as well as a 'what not to do' for other employees and managers.
