Placed and paid for my food on app for curb side service at 9:00 at 9:25 still no food nothing so i go in to see whats the hold up and tyron store manager was already at the counter dealing with another complaint when done he asked what i needed i told him been waiting on my food over 25 min by this time it is now 9:44 he ask how i placed my order i shoewd him the order on the app had to argue with him over the fact it had been paid for he then finally goes gets the food still has not apologized for the wait mixup nothing just throws the food in the bag sets in on the counter infront of me turns and walks off with attitude no apologies nothing u could not pay me to eat at this place again servise is so bad

Ordered a Big Mac on the mobile app Kerr pick up one at 9 at 9:25 when my order still hasn't came and I walked inside the store to see what was wrong with my order and why I had not received it was greeted by the manager who did not apologize try to make anything right by any means ask me where was my order did I pay for it maybe show proof we walked over
