New ReviewerTo whom it may concern,My visit to this McDonalds location was the worst experience I’ve had with any fast food service in many years.
I should have returned to complain, but I was too far away when I discovered the terrible dried up excuses for Quarter Pounders I’d been given. They must have been sitting somewhere in a bag for at least two hours. The buns were stale and crusty, the beef (??) was dried up and hard. I ended up throwing them in the trash, as they were not eatable.
When I arrived at the store and saw the mass confusion behind the counter and the line of customers waiting inside and at the drive thru, I should have turned around and left.
Everyone had been waiting for at least fifteen minutes or longer. People were getting the wrong orders, and some were asking for their money back.
I’m a local customer and retired, so I wasn’t in a hurry. I decided to wait and be patient.
My mistake.
I don’t usually request financial restitution, but in this case I feel as if I deserve some type of reimbursement.
