Very rude and disorderly way to be disrespectful to the managers and has the employees thinking it's okay to lie, like everything is down or they don't have, and talking about me as if I'm not near them enough to hear.i am not a rude person so i do not accept that they treated me such as. a child. and lied about various machines being down lying about because they don’t feel like doing their job in the first place so I don’t know why they even came to work or work there. This is a video what's taken on the twenty seventh 2026., which I was refused servants.Once again I feel reall discriminated on.I don't understand why? And what's going on?

Original review Feb 22, 2026
About a year ago I went to McDonald's third shift in carnersville Indiana or ordered a bake Mac when I got home. I felt so disrespected, they put maybe a whole cup of Max sauce on my sandwich.

I couldn't even pick it up. So I called and complained next morning. I go in there to get my money back. They refuse to give me my money ever since then.

They will not serve me or serve anybody I've been with. I was not disrespectful. I was starting to feel discriminated on something needs to be done. I know I'm one person out of a million people that shops there, but I don't think it's right.

I need to make a complaint. I'm trying to do this the right way before I get a lawyer. And file discrimination charges, please contact me back a shap. I have pictures and everything of this.

I would like to talk to somebody in person the manager said, McDonald's policy. We don't give money back.
On first shift told me that I don't think it was true. But it's time to make a complaint or get a lawyer. Please contact me.I'm trying to take care of this without legal references station this is a photo of the sandwich. I tried to pick it up out the box.

I took a couple of bites and I stopped eating it, because if they're gonna do my sandwich like this, no telling what else they could have done to it. So you can see how much Max salson, everything going. I couldn't even hardly pick it up. It fell apart.

This is not right. I'm a respectable customer, don't disrespect nobody. I aint never felt so disrespected in my life. And it's an ongoing problem like I said that will not serve me.

This is third shift I pull in the driveway. They say hi cannot take your order. And they realize it's me, and then they say, oh, we not serving people at this time.

It's been over a year now. This is not right
Loss:
$14

Preferred solution: Something needs to be done with management on third shift or customer service

User's recommendation: Not to go to third shift and buy food cost a pick and choose who they want to serve. And now tell him what they do to your food, the way they'd done the mine

If you do not return the food, they do not have to refund you. No discrimination there. They have every right to refuse service.

Guest

I would never hire someone like you. You're making videos about too much sauce on a burger as if they were about to string you up.

If you whine this much over so little, you'll whine about anything. You're making it harder for a REAL Black man/woman who has a REAL complaint to be believed.

You are a true sellout. Let me guess, you're mom raised.

Guest

All of this because you think too much sauce was put on your sandwich? And you think that was an act of discrimination?

The person making the sandwich probably couldn't even see or hear you. It would make sense if their policy is to not serve customers like you who threaten litigation over. . .

wait a minute. .

. oh yeah: too much sauce on a sandwich.

Delray Mwe

Again, another IDIOT claiming "discrimination, because they did not get what they wanted.

Many people claim "discrimination" or "racial profiling" on this site if they do not get their way. If the rules are not bent for them.

If they have to follow the same rules as everyone. It is childish and tiring.

There has been almost a year go by without any contact from McDonald's or anyone affiliated with the company. Its supposed to be a Family Oriented Company but has shown otherwise.

We the customer makes you who you are. With this lack of communication or compassion it proves otherwise. I was injured and no one cares.

I have proof but no one cares to even reach out. My next step is to consult with my attorney to get advice or to have him pursue.

Poor service

AI Highlights
  • Complaint about rude service; asks for apology and $15 refund.
  • Kiosk is a computer; a public terminal.
  • They want a comments option to explain.

Someone responded to my compliant and told me "Kiosk is not a computer" and "with your limited computer skills you were able to access Mac's site and send a compliant".

When I read the comments my first thoughts were WOW!, A double WOW! I now feel obligated to follow up and this person has no idea what they are taking about and totally missed the point about my compliant.

First, my compliant was from the lack of service, rude behavior of the manager and the fact that I wanted to eat at Mac's.

This does not change the equation. Which is, Rude and/or no service equals no customers. If Mac does not want to hear the compliant and post so people can comment on good for them. Not me.

The $15.00 I said I spent, you are correct. But the site did not allow me to explain what I wanted. I said it because I went to another restaurant. If Mac wants me back they will need to apologize and give me back my $15.00.

Otherwise their are hundreds of fast food restaurants to go to that offer better service. I was not attempting to defraud the company but again the site did not allow me to present my message as intended.

Second, I said I had limited knowledge of computers. I don't know what makes them work. But I know how to use them.

The person who commented on my compliant seems to have no knowledge at all about what they are talking about. let me say this very slowly so this person can understand. A KIOSK is a COMPUTER! Agree they are a special computer terminal but still a computer.

They are specifically designed for general public use and tailored to special task. IE: Airports, Banks, etc. Granted you can't use it to write Excel spreadsheets, or create PowerPoint slides, or send emails, or use Word for communications but the same they are computers. Do I need to say more!

The person need to get a life or at least know what they are talking about.

If Mac is reading this email the point I was making before I had to answer this uninformed daily compliant writer is no customer should be given the treatment I received. You want to make this right? Then send me a check for $15.00. If not, Hello Burger King ( great chicken sandwiches), Wendys (great service), Chick-fil-A (The best) , In-N-Out, (quick service, That's why they call in in-N-out) Five Guys (great service),Shake Shack, (great milkshakes), I can go on but I guess you get my point.

A lot of choices so who wants to go to a place and get bad mouthed but someone you are help paying the bills. It's up to you Mac, Not the people who respond to complaints.

Oh another thing this person said that although I didn't have the skill to use the Kiosk but I had to the skill to write a compliant. That's because again I never said I didn't know how to use a computer and to Mac's credit there site is very user friendly. They provide direction all along the path to get the information they want by using queues.

Very good site. The only thing I would change is put a comments section so people can explain if necessary

I'm signing off and will not comment again. I thought Mac really wanted to know about the issue.

It seems all they want is people to make stupid uninformed comments and entertain themselves. Not for me.

User's recommendation: go some where else

I did! However, your comment makes me think you are ok with getting poor service.

Why don't go to the same Mac Restaurant and maybe you'll get the same poor service. Hey listen. Did you ever hear the saying "if you want to make changes you need to get involved. " I started this compliant with hopes changes will be made.

Reading your comments it seems to imply it's ok to get poor service or none at all and if you don't like it just go to another restaurant. Have you notice in the papers and on news channel restaurants closing stores, going bankrupt and filing Chapter 11. One reason could poor service. And yes I know it also can be because of rising cost, and a host of other reasons.

But again this is about poor service and notice to hopefully Mac gets involved to make it better.

That all my comments were about. If you want to spend you're hard earned money and get poor service be my guest.

Guest

“This does not change the equation”. But it does.

Your fairy tale, in reality, starts and stops at using the kiosk. Your refusal to do so and not getting the answer you wanted created your interaction with staff. Accept using the kiosk and the rest of your issue disappears. As far as kiosk vs.

computer, you know what the implication was.

That, being it is way more involved to come to this site and type a complaint compared to using a touch screen designed for ONE task. You threw a tantrum and no one was having any of it.

Guest

I'll be honest, no one is going to read all of this. The gist of it is that you must learn to use the kiosk or don't and go down the way to the 100s of other fast food places.

Your expiration date is approaching and they no longer care about you. I hope that this helps.

Thanks for the comment. Please let me clarify your opinion 1.

I do know how to use a Kiosk. I do it at airports. At banks. Etc.

But again let me say The kiosk didn’t work. It would not allow me to order food or drinks. It didn’t allow me to cash out. Hey I’m hip.

That’s when everything went wrong 2. You’re funny. My Expiration date. Lmao.

You’re right I’m walking the path to the big rainbow in the sky. But I’m walking very slowly. So I figure or hopefully will have another 10-15 years more. Most of my family got to 90-92.

If Mac wants to give up on us seniors they’re making a big mistake.

From age 61+ years old we make up 20+% of US population with the most buying power. But let’s not forget this is all about service or poor service.

Meaning was towards another problem I have with this particular group of managers. From steeling my music and my videos. Its cartel and they have had my phone hacked for months. Stalking me etc.

now that they stalked me and set me up they basically threaten to call the cops every time I ask for help. And insinuate I asked for all the money.

I want the name of the manager working in Lodi California tonight she knows more than she should about my phone life. Not to mention she is part of the group stealing and accessing my phone from remotely

McDonalds - Customer service issue

I decided to go to McDonald's at 1000 Commerce St in downtown Dallas on Sunday, January 25th. I entered the restaurant and ordered my #4 meal from a very nice cashier.

I waited about 10 minutes for my order and proceeded to sit down to eat it. About 5 minutes later, I heard a security person yelling at someone about not eating in the restaurant, not realizing he was yelling at me from across the restaurant! He then walked up to me and loudly told me I couldn't eat my McDonald's meal that I just ordered in the restaurant! He accused me of not hearing/ignoring him!

Mind you, there were no signs that said customers couldn't eat their McDonald's meals in this McDonald's restaurant! This security person was unbelievably rude!

There were about 15 or so other people in the restaurant when I left who would have heard him yelling at me! This lack of customer service is not acceptable by anyone, including security support!

Pros:
  • Good value meals
Cons:
  • Sometimes poor customer service

Preferred solution: Apology

User's recommendation: My recommendation for other customers is be careful about this location in downtown Dallas! Apparently, you have to be a mind reader to know certain rules about this McDonald's location!

  • Ordered at kiosk; restroom was locked.

I walked in and ordered food on their kiosk. I've been asked to hit the button to unlock the ladies' restroom because I needed to use the restroom.

I stood there for probably almost 10 minutes, and then when I walked back up to say, 'Hey, can you unlock it?' the manager of the store proceeded to get an attitude with me and told me that if I was in there longer than 10 minutes, she was going to come in there and remove me. Then, when I sat down after using the restroom, she proceeded to talk to her general manager, who was there, and tell her that I didn't order any food. I corrected her and told her, 'Yes, I did. I'm waiting on it.' 10-15 minutes later, I still didn't have my food.

I said something to her, and about 5 minutes later, I had my food, maybe even longer; I don't remember.

Then I got my order, and there was stuff missing out of it. I have never been so appalled in my life and embarrassed because there were other customers in there, and when I said something to the general manager, she was like, 'Okay, thank you, have a good day,' and never even said anything to the manager of the store.
