Extremely poor service and cold food
Terrible customer service and COLD food after having to pull over and wait behind one car for a normal order of a double cheeseburger and medium fries!

I believe they took care of my issue they pulled the camera and seen what I was saying was true and handed repercussions as they seen fit
Im A regular at this location I get the same coffee everyday but today I came earlier than my usual time just to see the store closed manager refuses to take orders to clean the restaurant ONLY, when a employee comes to the window to assist I addressed why did they close this 24 hour location and ignoring all the customers that come through the drive thru! The manager yell to the employee and says there systems where updating when the systems been up you can see the computer from the window the employees walking around with drinks in their hands they see the customers at the window and continues to walk past until one employee that you will see in the video finally takes my order while the manager is in the back yelling at him again for taking the ORDER and he continues to make my coffee still the manager is in the back cleaning the Oreo McFlurry machine and to top it all off they still get my coffee wrong from him not having good active listening skills I told the young man I wanted 9 creamers and 12 sugars with two shots of vanilla ! On my receipt he puts nine creamers and two shots of vanilla HE FORGOT MY SUGAR he tried to remake it and the manager had more words to tell him the second coffee was still wrong but since his manager was giving him a hard time for doing his job I just left

Your store in Lemont IL. At 10:00pm on 6-19 was filthy there was trash and food scraps everywhere in the restaurant, on the tables, on the floor, and all around the trash cans. I fell something needs to be considering the magnitude.

Dear McDonald's Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unacceptable cleanliness standards I recently experienced at one of your locations. The trays provided to customers were extremely dirty, covered in visible grime and stains, which made the experience both unpleasant and unhygienic. Frankly, it was disgusting and far below the standards I would expect from a global brand like McDonald's.
In addition to the trays, the floor of the restaurant was also in poor condition. It was sticky, littered with debris, and clearly hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in some time. This created a very unwelcoming environment, and it raises serious questions about the overall sanitation of the establishment.
I have attached a photo as evidence of the trays issue, which I hope will prompt swift corrective action.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements implemented.

Verified Reviewer |Latino Mgr refused to refund money after receiving cold food back
McDonalds has not contacted me, thus they owe me money for food that I returned. Should be on camera, unless they deleted the footage.
I forgot to mention the fact that the Latino girl manager told me that it took a long time for them to make my dbl cheeseburger. All I asked for was bun, meat, cheese ONLY.
The latter made no sense whatsoever, what do you think???PLEASE use my correct email: Jahsj833@***.comNO, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR THE COLD BURGER, ICE CREAM CONE AND COOKIES. I BELIEVE I SHOULD RECEIVE AN APOLOGY AS WELL AS MY REFUND, approximately $10.00 I do NOT want any coupons because I do not intend to use their one lane drive-up service.
As I pulled pulled up I noticed that my bag had been placed on the counter. I asked for a regular sized ice cream cone in a cup.
To which they gave me a very small ice cream that was not as shown on the order board.
The male employee told me that if his real manager was there I would have had to accept the inferior cone to the what the order board portrayed, however after refusing to give me his name he finally provided the cone as the correct order as advertised.
He then handed me a COLD double cheese burger. At this point I asked to speak with his supervisor. She was intently resentful and cold mannered. I do NOT UNDERSTAND how come she was hired nor why she is still there with such an hateful, spiteful attitude.
She made it very clear that the customer had to take what she handed out leave without giving the customer's money back.
Upon explaining that my burger was cold, she also refused to give me her name. I told her that I wanted a hot dbl cheese burger with all vegetables and sauces as ordered. She told me to move some where else, at this I refused replying that I had already waited long enough.
She, the short, young, Latino girl told me I was crazy and she was calling the police. I am not sure why she called the police as I had already paid for my order.
At this point, I requested my money back to which she refused until after the police came. i informed her that this was a civil matter, not criminal. I told her to call the police. She still refused to give me my money back until she called the police.
I was fed up with the service and horrible experience, thence telling her I would call McDonald's HQ and left as clearly she was not going to refund my money even though I gave her the bag and its uneatable contents.
NOTE: I had difficulties with this unethical, unprofessional girl, who had called me crazy before, thus I decided to handle this situation via a Public Review and McDonald's HQ or in a civil suit as I want the money I paid for nothing.
Calling me crazy because of her uncouth and unprofessional attitudes once again.
this kind of maltreatment is idiotic to say the least.
I refuse to use that paricular branch ever again, nor do I want coupons. I just wish to retrieve my money for the items I never received. The treatment I received is clearly discriminating as all of the employees could see and hear that I was neither Caucasion nor Mexican. Therefore, The treatment I received was clearly biased.I do NOT even know why I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try to use that horrible branch another chance.
MY BAD!!!
I chose to go out of my way to Burger King, meeting Jose' who had no problem in declaring his name, in fact, his name was on his name tag, thus distinctly had nothing to hide.
They were very courteous and went out of their way to prepare me a simple meal that was hot and fresh providing courteous. They had already heard of other customers dealing with the Cleveland and Chicago CALDWELL, ID McDonald's branch many times before.
Finally, I would advise others to use another McDonald's branch or just go elsewhere where the customer is treated with the utmost care and courtesy.
BOTTOM LINE AVOID MCDONALDS AT THE AFOREMENTIONED LOCATION.

I have called the owner multiple times to settle & fix the issue no return call email anything. Ordered Spicy McChicken meal bread was extremely hard and tough.
Chicken patty was tough like rubber it pulled the cap off my teeth. Swallowed cap. Been having extreme pain scheduled appointment to get it fixed out of my own pocket.
I took pictures and videos. Not going to let this issue go because owner doesnt seem to care about customers based on reviews.
Preferred solution: Settlement for damages to my mouth that I have to pay for out of pocket, & emotional distress from the pain an humiliation.

I bought a steak, egg, and cheese bagel combo with extra sauce. It was almost $11.00.
I came back to McDonald's to get a refund, and they said I had to drive 30 minutes to my client's house and bring it all the way back. No one pays for my gas to do that.

Found a dirty rag in my bag
I found a dirty rag in my bad of food it was under some napkins and I'm concern about my family health I have pictures too if u need them I got my food at 10:44 and discovered the dirty rag after I when to go look for some napkins I really hope this doesnt happen to anyone else!! I hope someone will get back to me so I dont have to run around for answers.

I went to McDonald's on Cleveland in Caldwell Idaho. I have already written one review to which the employees answered that I was acting like a stupid 8-year-old lady, my name does not denote a gender.
Therefore, that McDonald's branch wrote the dismissive comment on my complaint, my review.
Again, ALL I asked for was a simple double cheeseburger plain; BUN, double HAMBURGER meat patties, with double CHEESE--SIMPLE! I requested that all vegetables and condiments be placed on the side so that my burger would not be SOGGY and HOT when I got home. NO PRESSURE RIGHT? WRONG!
When I drove up to the second window I saw my brown paper bag sitting on the counter.
Unfortunately, he forgot to check his drawer because he did not have enough change so he had to ask the little girl manager for change to which she became angry with him vocalizing something inaudible however loud enough for me to hear her HIGH PITCHED, ANGRY VOICE. NOW THEY WERE BOTH CLEARLY RED AND ANGRY. SHE handed me a bunch of change.
The boy then proceeded to give me half and ice cream cone in a cup. I asked for a full size ice cream cone in a cup.
The poor guy told me that he would have to sneak it to me because if the big manager were there he would not be able to give me a full ice cream cone. So HE snuck me the the CORRECT SIZED ice cream cone after HE re-made my ice-cream cone, the same size as other McDonald's ALWAYS DO! Without SNEAKING A CONE TO CUSTOMER because the head supervisor isn't in. NOTE: THE HEAD SUPERVISOR IS JUST LIKE THE LITTLE MANAGER THAT I BELIEVE SHE TRAINED ERRONEOUSLY.
Then my order WENT FROM unprofessional TO WORSE: after he handed me my cookies.
The manager the little one handed me a cold Burger. This escalated her uncouth behavior immediately. She told me to move. She called me a crazy lady and a stupid person.
Not only that, but she tried to call the POLICE.
She was so angry in her tone and garbled speech that I was able to gather she told me she would not give me my change back until after the police came as she threatened to call the police to which I replied, call the police!" She then proceeded to say, hello, hello into her cell phone.
CLEARLY, no one EVER has to say hello hello on a 911 call, unless it is the dispatcher.
At this point I didn't have any food and I was upset because she did not give me my refund AFTER SHE REQUESTED HER FOOD BACK and I complied. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY REFUND.
Therefore, I TOLD HER I'D CALL CORPORATE because CORPORATE WOULD HANDLE IT as THEY ABHOR unethical business practices such as this
AS I DROVE OFF I CALLED CORPORATE ON Saturday, June 28TH AT 9:35 AND AGAIN TODAY AT 7:02 P.M.
PROVIDING MY PHONE NUMBER AND MY NAME SO THAT THEY CAN CONTACT ME PERSONALLY TO RESOLVE THIS RIDICULOUS EPISODIC VISIT AT THEIR STORE. THEY ARE USED TO GETTING CALLS FROM THE branch.

Update is that there is no update. This McDonald's committed credit card fraud and stole $50+ worth of food from me thru my app.
McDonald's corporate doesn't care told me the manager was going to call me and of course never did.

Absolutely nothing has been done. I've called multiple times to corporate, and assured I will get a call from the store manager and nothing.
It seems I'm the only one who cares regarding the money that store STOLE money from me charging me for food I didn't order. I had to cancel 3 credit cards I had saved in my McDonald's Account because of the Fraud that McDonald's has committed.

They gave me an order I didn't place and now it's $24 I showed the manager my order on the App and she didn't wanna help. I brought back the incorrect order and the manager didn't do anything blaming me and my phone. She refused to look at my order and I left because trying to explain what happened with her was going nowhere. Not the 1st time with this location where there was an issue with online orders.
Terrible customer service and management just as bad, so I paid for 2 orders and left with noting. The worst McDonald's by far I usually drive an extra 10 mins just to avoid this location which is right across the street from my house.
This location reflects horribly on McDonald's as a whole, it's much easier and faster to fix the issue not arguing with paying customers and giving many lame excuses. Do Better!

Honestly, an ice cream cone basically requires holding the cone and pulling a lever...
I feel as though we really aren't striving for excellence... But maybe I'm wrong... And this is just how it is anymore...

Poor customer service and handing out Burt food
Placed an order for a number three and for a crispy chicken biscuit my crispy chicken biscuit was burnt. My drink had been sitting there for sometime.
The person that waited on me through drive-through got smart and rude with me, the manager was standing right beside her.was given my money back for my biscuit, wasnt offered to cook another one. Was told that the oil needed to be changed? Why are they passing out food like that to customers?
Why did they act as if its the customers fault that they can serve a four dollar biscuit with Burt dried out chicken??? Pissed customer

Got zero response...found out too had many points removed from my account. But spending my time n gas to go pick up my mobile order just to have them say they aren't honoring them is just too much
Ordered on the app. Went to the restaurant at 3700 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
The drive-through person said we aren't taking app orders or coupons. I showed them my confirmation for this restaurant.
They again repeated they aren't taking mobile app orders and to contact support to get points back. Of course, no one answers the phone and there is nothing on the app to dispute the order.
