McDonalds - Order was messed up, rude customer service
Food was incorrect, & the lady that gave me my food at the window was very rude. They charged me for sauces & didn’t even give me sauces. Called the restaurant to talk to a manager & she was very rude as well.

McDonalds in Athens, Ohio - Poor crap service crap food
First of all wow what horrid food i spent 18 bucks for crap 4 mcdouble on a cold dry bun i drop of ketchup no mustard no onions but 6 nasty rubber pickles ok sorry to my children looks like preschool students made them 2 quarter pounders guess what a lil ketchup on a cold dry bun yuck what are you guys coming to its sad the founders of mcdonalds took so much pride in starting a business an this is how it ends up now the manager an crew on duty should be ashamed of there selves for serving such garbage but hey its not all bad atleast our drinks tasted right an thanks for feeding my dog dinner cause none of my family would eat it

McDonalds in Daphne, Alabama - Complaint.
Horrible service. I've been there 3 times on the last 2 weeks and EACH TIME my order is wrong. Old bread, cold old meat, and the presentation is horrible. This last trip my sandwiches had no meat. Two cheeseburgers.

Unless you return the food you are not entitled to get your money back. If you had no issue eating the food, you should have no issue paying for it.
