False advertising &horrible customer service
I selected offer on the app for a free med fry with purchase of a $1 or more. The store said my code didnt work even though on my app it said we have your code I told the manager I didnt do anything wrong as a customer and McDonalds needs to honor their advertisement.
She kept calling me sweetie. Then asked me for another code but I was locked out for next 15 minutes because they accepted my code. I called the McDonalds national customers phone number.
I gave all the information and asked to speak with this owner operator since their manager kept calling me sweetheart and sweetie as well as basically told me it was my fault and I could go away for being rude to her. I simply said that she needed to honor the deal made with my code starting was received

Hello my name is Tracy Jones I was a customer here this morning on February 25th here at McDonald's at 17796 located at 2300 Gulf freeway lamarque Texas area code 409-935-**** I placed the order through the curbside pickup the order was wrong they told me that I placed it but could not show it to me on my app the order I did place the app wouldn't take it which is two of your breakfast sandwiches and a sausage biscuit all that could have been worked out I have two grandkids in my backseat one of the age of three and the other in the age of five after telling the woman that my auto was wrong and trying to show her my phone she threw the order in the window and told me that I needed to come inside and fix it which would not have been a problem but she has distorted my grandsons they are in this back seat screaming because of the way she threw the back I went inside to try to speak with a manager will spoken to very rudely and I have two other customers which are behind me which I'm going to get their numbers we're hot big water was placed but in their files no order was placed apartment two cars after that same woman issue wrong order not my order please give me a call at your earliest convenience at 409-370-**** so we can probably take care of this matter thank youI
User's recommendation: I am Hi Valued Customer at this participating restaurant in LaMarque Texas as mentioned before where an Order was somehow taken wrong and payment was taken out of my Account Afterwards the food was thrown into my vehicle towards me and my Grandkids. They haven't stop crying yet..30 mins later now have I received the correct order!!
They wouldn't replace our drinks after spending 80 bucks on the order

I was scheduled an interview today at McDonalds in Moreno Valley on Sunnymead at 3:45 PM. I called at 3:40 PM stating that I would be five minutes later and asked would still be OK if I could show up.
The Male on the phone said yes that it was OK to show up, so I continue to order my Uber and be on my way. Once I arrive, the whole lobby is closed due to maintenance Thats what the paper on the door said so I decided to knock and told them that I had a scheduled interview today and that I had just called and they told me to still come. The guy and a lady kept looking at me hoping I was leaving but I waited until they came to the door and they told me if I can come back another day and I stated that I couldnt because I had wasted money on Uber to get here on specific day of my interview and they said that there was nothing they could do. There was no one there to interview me.
Im very disappointed in the customer service and the way I was treated today. Im not sure how this hiring process works but it definitely did take a toll on me today and took some of my money without me even getting an interview.
