False advertising &horrible customer service

I selected offer on the app for a free med fry with purchase of a $1 or more. The store said my code didnt work even though on my app it said we have your code I told the manager I didnt do anything wrong as a customer and McDonalds needs to honor their advertisement.

She kept calling me sweetie. Then asked me for another code but I was locked out for next 15 minutes because they accepted my code. I called the McDonalds national customers phone number.

I gave all the information and asked to speak with this owner operator since their manager kept calling me sweetheart and sweetie as well as basically told me it was my fault and I could go away for being rude to her. I simply said that she needed to honor the deal made with my code starting was received

Surge pricing

Surge pricing, dynamic pricing, whatever you call it is unethical, should be illegal. I will not be buying anything from McDonalds as long as the company is employing surge pricing. I have told Wendys the same thing. I will be contacting all Congressional legislators to urge them to outlaw this practice. Americans are already being gouged for price increases far beyound the needs to adjust to inflation-just because you can!

Manager was rude took my money and food

Hello my name is Tracy Jones I was a customer here this morning on February 25th here at McDonald's at 17796 located at 2300 Gulf freeway lamarque Texas area code 409-935-**** I placed the order through the curbside pickup the order was wrong they told me that I placed it but could not show it to me on my app the order I did place the app wouldn't take it which is two of your breakfast sandwiches and a sausage biscuit all that could have been worked out I have two grandkids in my backseat one of the age of three and the other in the age of five after telling the woman that my auto was wrong and trying to show her my phone she threw the order in the window and told me that I needed to come inside and fix it which would not have been a problem but she has distorted my grandsons they are in this back seat screaming because of the way she threw the back I went inside to try to speak with a manager will spoken to very rudely and I have two other customers which are behind me which I'm going to get their numbers we're hot big water was placed but in their files no order was placed apartment two cars after that same woman issue wrong order not my order please give me a call at your earliest convenience at 409-370-**** so we can probably take care of this matter thank youI

User's recommendation: I am Hi Valued Customer at this participating restaurant in LaMarque Texas as mentioned before where an Order was somehow taken wrong and payment was taken out of my Account Afterwards the food was thrown into my vehicle towards me and my Grandkids. They haven't stop crying yet..30 mins later now have I received the correct order!!

So my sister ordered an $80 order and paid for four frappes, she thought!!! she even asked the employee for help ordering cause she was confused, then the order came out with four mochas instead, and when confronted on the order mishap the lady was rude and told us "to drink them any way" and made her cry cause we were just trying to go out for a good breakfast... the lady's name was Kayla I do believe.. very rude with horrible work ethics...isn't McDonald's logo have it ur way.. and I could also hear them talking *** behind the counter...

The people they hire as managers are ruder than the csrs they really should evaluate and really look into who they make managers because as a manager they feel they can do and say what they want to say and get away with it because this lady is still at this story after I reported her before and I heard she'll have several complaints

Both coffees ordered with cream & sugar: received two black. No hash browns in bag. Frequently it happens with the 2425 East 79th Street location, that the personnel just DONT READ the ORDER!! Im really tired of complaining, and don't want to get banned from delivery. Calling the restaurant is futile! VOICE mail has not enough space to leave a message, so they dont care whos trying to reach them, nor do they want to hear it. Ill make a trip to complain in person; may stop ordering altogether.

I was scheduled an interview today at McDonalds in Moreno Valley on Sunnymead at 3:45 PM. I called at 3:40 PM stating that I would be five minutes later and asked would still be OK if I could show up.

The Male on the phone said yes that it was OK to show up, so I continue to order my Uber and be on my way. Once I arrive, the whole lobby is closed due to maintenance Thats what the paper on the door said so I decided to knock and told them that I had a scheduled interview today and that I had just called and they told me to still come. The guy and a lady kept looking at me hoping I was leaving but I waited until they came to the door and they told me if I can come back another day and I stated that I couldnt because I had wasted money on Uber to get here on specific day of my interview and they said that there was nothing they could do. There was no one there to interview me.

Im very disappointed in the customer service and the way I was treated today. Im not sure how this hiring process works but it definitely did take a toll on me today and took some of my money without me even getting an interview.

Don’t know how old you are or how many jobs you have had. Don’t call back here.

You definitely won’t get the job. You were late then proceeded to tell them a story. You wasted a trip.

That’s life. You need a better attitude, not an apology.

I ended up being 3 minutes late and if you didn’t read the whole thing . There was no manager on site to interview me regardless therefore 3 minutes earlier or not my time and money would have still been wasted .

That’s exactly why I called before arriving to make sure I would not waste time or money. My age or work experience has nothing to do with how unprofessional and unnecessary it was to have dealt with this situation coming from a billion dollar company always looking for employees year round.

Charged twice in app

I was charged and points were deducted but when I called to fix it I'm told I have to wait up to FOUR days to receive a follow up call!!! Follow up to THEN FIGURE OUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN! MEANWHILE $31.++ DOLLARS HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT! SERIOUSLY! I expect to call and have it fixed when I call DONT USE THE APP TO ORDER MCDONALD'S.

I ordered a homestyle hamburger with cheese. I received a hamburger with no cheese. I ordered French fries with 2 hot mustard sauces and I got honey mustard instead, because she would not listen to me. I live 10 miles out of town. And I have no dinner now.

When I order on the app because me and my husband usually get sausage McMuffin and coffee for breakfast so when I order at 10:15 and when we get to the drive thru, they tell me breakfast is over and it isnt when my order gets charged on the app. Thats a good way to ruin someones day. Sorry and your store managers can be very rude
