I went to one of the 2 drive up intercoms to order an ice cream cone and for whatever reason, no one was taking orders from the 2nd drive up intercom. Five cars and no one took my order so I drove off and called the McDonald's and asked for the manager who was like "well sometimes the headset don't work.

I am NEVER going to that or any other McDonald's ever again!

This is a black owned business and it is a poorly run business. Melvin Buckley needs to be a better businessman and treat his customers with respect.

Now, now, it was completely unnecessary for you to bring the race card into this. It has nothing to do with race, and yes sometimes the headsets do quit working and sometimes the intercom itself doesn't work.

I think you have to be positioned just right so that the people inside know somebody is there.
