Ordered 2 Frappes around 1pm for lunch. I wasn't able to understand which window to pay at.
No one at the first window when I pulled up, so I pulled up to second window. 2 people at second window, one with a headset. One employee said, "you were supposed to pay at the first window." I explained that there was no one at the 1st window. She said, "OK".
Soon a third person came up to the window with a headset, smirking and said, "It says, 'Pay here' up at the first window on a sign". I again responded that no one was at the first window. She turned to the side laughing with the other employee rolling her eyes. I stated, "Forget it....you are rude!" and pulled off.
I lodged a complaint with McDonald's customer service.
This store (Belmont and Security in Baltimore) is one of the worst...Employees are rude and food order may or may not be right. Such a shame as it is a convenient location.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $6.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
