Do not even think about making a complaint unless you are prepared to over come several efforts to make it difficult . To start I wanted to speak to someone in the district office was put through to someone in a call center with only a passable command of English, I called back and was once again put through to the same person I asked if they were located in Canada they said they were not.

I called back to "customer service" and said I wanted to speak to someone in the districk office I was told I could speak to someone in the call center or no one. I have written a letter to head office in Toronto.

Before you go around bashing anyone for their English, you should know it is spelled district, not districk, learn how to spell before bashing anyone for their English.
