so i have noticed a new manager in the mornings on certain days at the store i stop at m59 in clinton twp, mi. this particular manager, when running the drive thru does not speak very much as far as communicating totals or other things.

she seems to walk around like she's looking to do something but doesn't know what it should be.

i had a guy in front of me today with a very small order that ended up yelling at the closed window while waiting for his food for at least 3-5 minutes. when i got up to the window i asked the server whom i had not seen before, what the *** was going on in there and instead of apologizing, he just smiled and turned away.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
