McDonalds - Snail in salad
This was supposed to be my side salad, but instead I got something else 'on the side'. A snail, very fresh and very alive.
Not to mention the hair in my hamburger, which happened the same day in the same restaurant.

Its really hard to find a FRESH salad, sounds like yours was recently PICKED. Dont mind the snail, they dont eat that much. Maybe it was just trying to hitch a ride to Amsterdam.
I am horrified by the number of snails people are finding in their pre-packaged foods! DISGUSTING!!!
McD's is *** food anyway. The snail was the most nutritous thing about the meal.
It's called escargo. It's all the rage in Europe.
They usally charge extra for that - be happy you got it at regular price. When I get tomatoes that I didn't want on a burger, I just remove them.
What's the big deal!! :?
I agree with Brenda. 150%.
She didn't order a snail in her salad, that's the point.
:grin
What's the problem? People eat snails all the time, it's not like it will kill you.
There's even someone proposing to solve malnutrition problems using snails as protein in poor areas.
Besides, do you really think eating cow flesh is somehow less disgusting than eating a snail?
Get real! Get over yourself!
