For the last few weeks I have been experiencing weird things going on with my mobile app. I use the app mainly for coffee. I like to take advantage of the "buy 5 coffees and get one coffee free" card. Lately I have been getting more coffees than I have been credited for. For example, this morning I had two credits on my card, purchased a coffee, then in return, I got a new card and two free coffees.
This is the third time I have reported this. I used the app to report it the first time, but I got a generic response, as if no one had read the complaint. Although I appreciate the generosity, I'm afraid this is a major problem for you if this is happening to multiple customers.
