McDonalds - Sorry customer service
Visited Mcdonalds at 6125 Wade Hampton Blvd, in Taylors SC at 6:15 am. The girl at the front register was very unfriendly.
No greeting or can I help you was offered. She just walked to the cash register and gave me a blank look, never ask me can I help you at all. You could tell she hated being there and it was disrespectful to me as a paying customer to be treated this way. This is not the first time that she has been that way but today I have just had enough.
Another customer was treated the same way and we discussed it as we left. Not sure if he will call or write but enough is enough. I can take my hard earned money to Chic Fil-la, Bojangles or to a Burger king that is very close in the area.
I called corporate 3 times and waited over 7 minutes for someone to pick up the phone but no luck. Seems like you guys don't really care about customer satisfaction.
You can call me at 864-304-**** but I doubt very seriously if I will hear back.
I might add that I also called the Mcdonalds that I visited and talked with the manager.
All she said was OK, never said that she was sorry for the incident, very very unprofessional. I know why Chic Fil-la is kicking Mcdonalds hind end.
