What happened is apathy. No need talking to the manager when "Lisa Murphey" decides that her protocol being the owner and all is to talk down to customers.
I would have liked to say *** I was ignored my bag thrown at me when I tried and asked for my coke I was met with ignorance and no help and a "have a nice day" I was having a nice day, but I don't like being treated like trash especially when I am paying for service.
