At approximately 9:40 i placed a order for a large caramel frape with extra caramel and i said to twice to make sure they had the extra on the order. After waiting in line for about 15-20 minutes i got to the window and got my order.

As i pulled off i realized i did not have extra caramel so i went inside and the manager on duty(wearing the manager dress shirt) walked up to me very aggressively and i informed her that i ordered extra caramel and she rolled her eyes at me and said to me in a very rude way "thats is how it comes" and gave me a dirty look. This happend at 9:45pm on sunday june 10th at the gonzales location off of airline 915 north airline hwy gonzales la 70737.
