AT 12H35 I PUT IN A ORDER FOR TWO COFFEES AT THE DRIVE THROUGY AT MCDONDALDS TURFFONTEIN JHB SOUTH I WAS TOLD TO WAIT AS IT WILL TWO MINS I WAITED AND 10MINS LATER I HAD TO GO AND ASK WHERE MY ORDER WAS WHICH WAS STILL NOT READY ,I THEN ASKED FOR MY REFUND AND WAS GIVEN BACK WITHOUT A APPOLOGY AND WAS TOLD THE COFFEE IS STILL BREWING

I WAS REFUNED BY DOREEN WITHOUT A APPOLOGY

NEVER EVER WILL I SURPORT MACDONALDS AGAIN ,SUCH RUDE AND SO CALL CUSTOMER CARE ILL GIVE IT A -10

VERY VERY DISAPPIONTED

Actually sometimes there is no one preparing orders for the order taker and sometimes it gets erased from the order screen by mistake and no one notices or they think that the order was already served, especially when it gets busy. Mistakes happen. If you didn't get your order in 4 minutes, I would have went to them and said something.

:( the public acts like people who work in fAst food aren't human that they are never allowed to forget or make a mistake what they seem to forget is the constant abuse fast food workers take all day from rude customers and they aren't allowed to say anything in return get over yourself most of these workers are kids kids who maje mistakes
