Mcdonalds - WAS REFUSED SANDWICH REQUEST BY CASHIER IN DRIVE THRU
My husband has been eating at the McDonalds in Millsboro for over 3 years almost every night because of his work schedule.He orders 3-4 DCB plain sub mac sauce.
We were told by two different employees that they could no longer "SUB" mac sauce?? Funny we were both told by three different managers that the "SUB" button was put into place exactly for the reason that customers may only choose to have one condiment as opposed to 4 that is standard per sandwhich. Seems pretty *** ignorant that you would not accommodate something so simple to keep a customer happy that spends between $7-$10 6 out of 7 days a week almost every week for 3+ years!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***!!!!!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to "provide good customer service...oh yeah forgot to mention that 4 out of 6 days that we order from your establishment that the order is wrong and thn i have to go inside for them to fix it correctly and it is usually cold and nasty by the time we get home". The author is overall dissatisfied with Mcdonalds. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
